      From 2016, LAMPLIC began to research and explore the gravure printing process of UV LED. Gravure printing, with its unparalleled printing speed and quality stability, maintains a huge equipment stock all over the world. But traditional gravure printing basically uses solvent-based ink, which causes serious air pollution. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) basically account for more than 70% of the ink consumption. LAMPLIC proposed a 100% solid content UV LED intaglio printing solution, printing speed can reach more than 200 meters per minute, zero VOC emissions, from the root of the problem of environmental pollution of intaglio printing. LAMPLIC developed a special UV LED system for gravure printing, which uses self-invented patent packaging and driving technology. The irradiation intensity reaches 40W/cm2. It is highly stable and reliable. It brings a new solution for the root of gravure printing to control VOC emissions.
